PRACTICE Ashtanga: Intro to Second Series with us. 1.5 hrs, YTT1.
Asana Lab: Your turn!
HOMEWORK chose 1 standing asana, it does not have to be one of the ones we covered together, but it totally can be! Learn the sanskrit and english names.
Research the posture. What kind of benefits do you see? What sorts of modifications are available? What sort of info is there on the internet, in books or from your own experience (prana vidya)?
RECORD a short video talking about the posture and demo-ing variations modfications, 4-10 minutes and upload HERE to our YTT media folder. 1 hrs, YTT4.
