DAY 21 : Monday, February 10

  • Practice Mantra Meditation with Chrissy

    • JOURNAL PROMPT: The 6th Limb: Dharana = one-pointed-focus, or concentration. Try Lakhita Japa (or written repetition) of any mantra you like. Write for expample “om tat sat. om tat sat. om tat sat.” over and over for at least 5 mins. *DON”T TYPE, hand write on paper ONLY. Writing is another technique for the practice and repetition of mantra, as well as Dharana!

    • 1 hr, YTT1.

  • Practice the Ashtanga Standing Sequence WITH modifications led by Mindy Pistacchio. Ask questions, share favorites and try new variations. 1 hr, YTT1.
