DAY 29 : Monday, February 24

  • Practice Mantra Meditation with Chrissy.

    • JOURNAL PROMPT: Consider the difference between SILENT mantra practice and doing it out loud? Does one feel different than the other? How? Consider physical body and subtle body…

    • 1 hr, YTT1.

  • Practice Ashtanga, blend of First + Second Series with Chrissy. 1.5 hr, YTT1.


DAY 30 : Tuesday, February 25


DAY 31 : Thursday, February 27


DAY 32: Saturday, March 1

  • Morning Meditation with Chrissy

    • CHOOSE a meditation technique and practice it everyday for 7 days. JOURNAL for accountability and tracking. Minimum 3 minutes daily.

    • 1 hr, YTT1.

  • Vinyasa Practice with Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.

  • HOMEWORK:

    • REVIEW!! Review your notes AND all 8 weeks of classes/assignments.

    • Practice Teach: Create a sequence of your choice that includes asanas, plus some element of meditation (breath, mantra, mudra, etc…). Record a video of you practice teaching this “mini-class” (15-30 minutes of class time). 1 hr, YTT4. .5 hr, YTT5.
