6 am Mantra Meditation with Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.
Journal Prompt: Lakita Japa (written repetition of mantra)… Choose a mantra, maybe one of the short ones we reviewed on page 24, and practice hand writing it on paper for at least 5 minutes. UPLOAD a photo of your writing to our media album here!
Ashtanga Practice: Primary Series with Chrissy. 1.5 hrs, YTT1.
Days 30+31: Tues/Weds June 24-25

WEDNESDAY - No Classes: SEQUENCE your own Vinyasa class.
Aim for 30 - 60 minutes of class time.
Make notes/an outline you could use to follow and teach this to someone else. UPLOAD a photo or screenshot of the notes to our media album here.
Practice the sequence on your own, using cues as you go (out loud!)
