The 2026 100 hr YTT Intensive:

January 12-March 15, 2026


Week 1

    • 6 am Mantra Practice w/ Chrissy. +Homework: Choose one of the mantras from today and practice writing it for at least 5 minutes. Lakhita japa is the practice of written repetition. This is a great tool for learning and memory! Up to 1 hr, YTT1.

    • PRACTICE: A 60 min ½ Primary Series w/ Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.

    • An intro/biography exercise: write about yourself in the third person. Ex: “Chrissy is a yoga teacher and animal lover……” Direct this towards an audience of potential yoga students. Include whatever you like, perhaps a focus on your own journey to and thru yoga thus far, 2-3 paragraphs and uploaded here to our YTT media album along with a photo of yourself! ½ hr, YTT4.

    • 2.5 hrs total.

  • 7:15-8 pm Rocket Yoga with Ellie Schiappa

  • NO Live Classes today. Please follow along below:

    • REVIEW and have handy PAGE 10 of your YTT manual “5 Elements of Practice” and PAGE 11, the Pranayama Page!

    • WATCH Intro to Ujjayi Pranayama with Chrissy and leave a COMMENT on the video: KEYWORDS: ujjayi = triumphant, victorious; prana = lifeforce, energy, vitality, breath; yama = restraint, control, regulation. ½ hr YTT 1, ½ hr YTT2.

    • PRACTICE Back-to-Basics Vinyasa Class with Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.

    • HOMEWORK: Create a “Foundations” sequence including your considerations of what is foundational to a regular yoga practice. INCLUDE: breath (pranayama), postures (asanas) and philosophy. Write it down, practice it, etc… Then, Record and upload this video to our media album here! (5 minutes minimum, 15 minutes maximum plz!) 1 hr, YTT4.

    • 3 hrs total.

  • 6-8 am w/ Chrissy: Intro to Mantra and Prana, plus a practice!

    • PLUS Q+A about foundations sequencing, and intro vids!
