100 Hour Intensive Week 3:
September 21-27, 2026
MONDAY September 21: Day 1:
Mantra Meditation with Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.
with a JOURNAL PROMPT: Consider mantra like a rewiring process for the brain/mind. Is this comparable to asana being a sort of aligning of the physical systems? How can we learn or unlearn through these practices? Where is the line between effort and surrender? Does this remind you of anything you’ve learned about psychology? Or humanity? Etc??
Ashtanga ASANA Practice: Primary Series with Chrissy. 1.5 hr, YTT1.
TUESDAY September 22: Day 2
6 pm BOOK CLUB: Click Here for the readings and CLICK HERE to watch the Replay! .5 hr, YTT3.
6:50 Viloma Pranayama Practice .5 hr, YTT1.
Wednesday September 23: Day 3
6 am Chandra Yoga. 1 hr, YTT1.
7:15 am Asana Labs Review and Bookmark our ASANAS: 1-at-a-time Playlist … This is a MEGA resource for you as you learn the postures and modifications… So please SAVE it and use it as an encyclopedia (you don’t have to watch ALL these videos) And this list goes ON! I’ll be adding Dhanurasana and Savasana to this list today.
HOMEWORK: Record the time you’ve spent studying the Asanas: 1-at-a-time Playlist as YTT2 (anatomy!) as you breakdown the postures piece by piece. And then, email Chrissy an ASANA request for her to add to this list! As many hours as you like, YTT2.
HOMEWORK: So far we have met a few Hindu deities in just 3 weeks of YTT: Ganesh, Saraswati, Shiva, Vishnu, Lakshmi, Vayu, Surya, Chandra and Hanuman are the names of some! Your task is to research ONE of the above, or a Hindu deity of your choice. You can use books, the internet, videos, social media or any other platforms you have access to for research! Please share at least one story you find, either via a link or a written summary, including any Q + A with Chrissy via email. Up to 1 hr, YTT4.
***Not required, but just fun + extra if you like access to more YTT3 hours. CLICK HERE to access our Myths of the Asanas Collection for further study on names specifically related to Asanas!
SUNDAY September 27, Day 4
WATCH our Meditate, Review and Share PART 1 + PART 2 (I lost internet halfway thru, oops!): Please come prepared to talk about some of the deities above and share some of the stories or ideas you discovered. Om shanti!
HOMEWORK: WATCH + COMMENT: ‘What is Yoga?’ with Eliza Kuchuk. CLICK HERE to view a PDF of the presentation for this class.
Read ONE of the references and ask yourself the following question as a JOURNAL PROMPT:
“What is yoga and how can we both honor the cultural and spiritual history in this modern day world?”
