CONGRATULATIONS - You have 35 hours remaining in your 200 hour training modules 1-10. I have combined Modules 9 + 10 to allow a little space for self-evaluation and exploration… Enjoy Sections 1-4 of this final ONLINE MODULE 9 + 10.
SECTION 1
ENJOY 1 more of each: self-guided practice while blindfolded (no external sight) AND self-guided practice in silence (no external sound). JOURNAL about your intentions for the future of your practice. What elements do you enjoy the most? Where do you find the most value? 2 hrs, YTT1.
CHOOSE an ANATOMICAL SYSTEM (physical) like the digestive, respiratory, nervous, circulatory, reproductive, etc etc. And RESEARCH. 1 hr, YTT2. CREATE a sequence of postures and practices based off of this research and PRACTICE TEACH either to yourself, online or with another person. SUBMIT your class plan to Chrissy via email along with questions about sequencing and/or cuing. 2 hrs, YTT4.

SECTION 2
ASHTANGA REVIEW: 3 hrs total viewing time, 1.5 hrs YTT1 and 1.5 hrs YTT3. Create an Ashtanga based sequence that works for YOU but is only 30-45 minutes long. Think of this as a “short-form” or intro. Which elements are most important to your own practice? How can you communicate this to your audience? PRACTICE TEACH IN-PERSON or ONLINE. 1.5 hrs, YTT4.
PRACTICE the entire Primary Series and Longform Pranayama with Chrissy. 2 hrs, YTT1.
CRITICAL THINKING and SELF-EVALUATION: Philosophy. Review all of your notes and journalings from YTT so far. What stands out to you most about PHILOSOPHY? Consider the Yoga Sutras, and other classic texts What aspects of yoga philosophy apply in your daily life? What aboout as a yoga teacher? Write a letter, blog, article or otherwise to express your understanding of yogic philosophy. EMAIL this to Chrissy. YTT3, 3 hrs.

SECTION 3
MEDITATE using our MEDITATION and/or PRANAYAMA videos with the Grateful Yoga Studio Platform. You may also explore self-guided practice, apps like Insight Timer, classes or any technique you prefer. Complete AT LEAST 4 hours of total meditation including a journal entry each time. Do you have any big questions about meditation?! EMAIL CHRISSY about your final take aways re: MEDITATION. 4 hrs, YTT1.
Cultural, Historical and Social Aspects: YTT3, 2 hrs. Choose a topic that is close to your heart and find more info, via podast, publication, social media, interview or otherwise. How can the yoga world and the rest of the world become more inclusive? Aware? In what ways can we be involved? Continued… 1 more hour, YTT4: what are other leaders in the yoga world doing? or not doing? Are there examples to follow? JOURNAL and share final words/thoughts/resources with Chrissy via email.
TEACHING A FINAL CLASS: This must be recorded or done in-person during one of our scheduled training sessions. Create a full class (30 minutes minimum) which may be based off of any topics explored prior or something completely new! Consider marketing strategy, setting, lesson plans, class elements, etc. 1 hr YTT4 + 1 hr, YTT5. UPLOAD the final recording to the media folder here or send Chrissy a direct link.

SECTION 4
YTT1 4.5 hrs, You have exactly 4.5 practice hours to fill as you please. You may spend time in personal practice, taking classes online or in-person of your choice, in the Grateful Yoga Library (passcode Grateful24) and beyond….
Final Presentation/Graduation 1 hr each YTT3, YTT4 and YTT5; 3 hrs total. 3 hours credit time to create + present a well-rounded graduation. Feel free to consult with Chrissy!
