MUDRA means ‘gesture’ or ‘seal’

This guide to mudras is for all levels. A simple meditation tool that you can use in the office, at the beach, on the couch or virtually anywhere. The pressure points and energetic lines in the hands are super charged with valuable qualities and principles. Each mudra is unique, each human is unique.

Choose just one that you like and practice it daily for a minimum of 3 minutes up to three times in a day. Commit to 7, 21 or 40 days when you begin.
