Meditation + Journaling = 1 hr, YTT1.
Ashtanga Practice: (from January because I forgot to record today!?) Focus on Five Elements of Ashtanga through Sun Salutes and Standing with Chrissy. You can review the five elements of practice on pg 10 of your YTT manual. 1.5 hrs, YTT1
HOMEWORK: Asana’s 1-at-a-time: REVIEW and new assignment! These asanas are also typed out in your YTT manual, in the same order, starting on page 26.
CLICK HERE to view the Asana’s 1-at-a-time Playlist *save this to your favorite/bookmarks/etc as a resource for modifications and asana alternatives!
HOMEWORK: Pick 1 asana from the playlist and research, use at least 3 sources including the Youtube video from me. What do you learn? Any contradictions? Finally, Upload a photo or video to our media album of you in your favorite version of this particular asana, and email Chrissy your research/sources! **300 hr students: ask about an additional Practice Teaching assignment.

HOMEWORK: Explore this Teach Yourself Sanskrit course created by 200 hr graduate Sylvia Guerra for their final graduation project.
Submit questions about Sanskrit and/or the Publishers Notes from the Book Club reading to Chrissy, direct via EMAIL!

6 am Pranayama Meditation with Chrissy. 1 hr, YTT1.
