WHEN + WHERE:
JULY 29-AUGUST 2 at the Yoga Lab in Middlesex, VT
AUGUST 5-9 exact location TBD in Montpelier, VT
AUGUST 12-16 at Rooted Yoga in Barre, VT.
Classes run Monday-Friday, 6 am-1 pm with a few short breaks!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Classes with Chrissy are dynamic, fun, informative and challenging. She often invites guest teachers to weekly intensives and has an attitude of process, practice, repeat. Styles and topics include but aren’t limited to: Ashtanga, philosophy + classical texts, mantra, pranayama, Restorative/Yin/Chandra, lineage + self-study, pranic anatomy, ethics and professional essentials. EXACT lesson plan TBD and often catered to the group.
