Mantra for Everyday Life
Mantra is a combination of 2 Sanskrit words. Manas meaning “mind” and trai meaning the act of “liberation” or “protection”. Mantra is a vehicle or tool to help the mind achieve both protection and liberation.
In 2026 we are bombarded with media, opinions and AI. It’s harder than ever to know who to believe or where to find real information. Mantra is an ancient tool that helps us clear the mind, focus the thoughts, calm the nervous system, balance the body and find alignment. Arguably, humans in the modern world are 100% in need of the all of the above.
In this series you will learn, or re-learn, how to connect with a daily mantra practice. This course includes: LIVE + recorded classes, a PDF of all mantras practiced, weekly share circle with Q+A, discussion, etc and all the basics of mantra practice! Perfect for both beginners and seasoned mantra yogis.
