In addition, please remember to start a daily journaling practice. This is a commitment to yourself, a daily recognition and appreciation for life, wisdom and enlightenment. You can use your journal to tell stories, write song, doodle pictures, write mantras, or literally anything you want! Please try to make a disciplined effort to do this daily, and enjoy :)

Some were accompanied by a live class and used as notes, others are full presentations and some did pre-recorded videos or photo collections as well. We encourage multi-media options to suit your preferences and abilities!

  • HOMEWORK: For each graduation you study please submit a response to Chrissy at chrissylefavour@gmail.com with the following: Name + Title of graduation + trainee, what you learned, what was done well, what would you have done differently/added/subtracted? Do you have any questions? 1 credit hour per graduation + reponse!
