100 Hour Intensive Week 1:

MONDAY September 16, Day 1:

  • Mantra Meditation PRACTICE with us. JOURNAL PROMPT to follow: Consider Karma and Personal Responsibility. “Every action has a reaction.” Every thought, word and deed has energetic value and return! 1 hr, YTT1

  • PRACTICE Ashtanga with us. 1.5 hrs, YTT1.

  • Asana’s 1-at-a-time start again next week with Dandasana!! See below to get caught up with what we’ve done in the past…

  • HOMEWORK: CLICK HERE to access the Asana’s 1-at-a-time YouTube playlist mentioned above. The assignment is to photograph yourself in each asana after watching the video and to UPLOAD the photos to our YTT media album, CLICK HERE. Hours will vary depending on how many asanas you get thru, track your time as YTT2. Treat this as an exploration of both your OWN anatomy and the anatomy of the asana itself! **Yes, do this again to track your practice even if you’ve done it once already. I love you!


TUESDAY September 17, Day 2


SATURDAY September 21, Day 3

  • Muladhara (Root) Chakra MEDITATION, 45 mins, YTT1.

  • Practice VINYASA with Chrissy. Practice Mulabandha (Root Lock) and Ujjayi Pranayama (Victorious Breath) mindfully, gently and consistently. 1 hour, YTT1.

  • Intro to Karma: WATCH and *as always* Take Notes. Resource: Healing Mantras by Thomas Ashley Farrand. 45 mins, YTT3.

  • One more meditation for this week! PRACTICE: Chakra Yoga Nidra Meditation with Chrissy, don’t forget to leave a comment and LIKE the videos you watch. 32 mins, YTT1.

    • ++Journal: CONSIDER the connection between Chakras + Karma. What is your expierience or understanding so far? Questions? Answers? … 30 mins, YTT5

  • HOMEWORK: also WATCH: Intro to Chakras and Koshas with Stina. 50 mins, YTT2. Reference Chakras for Yogis sheet and the Koshas for Yogis sheet to use for notes, etc.

    • Use the sheets to see the subtle bodies we’ve discussed so far, make notes, etc. and reference the Chakra Chart at the final page of your manual for a few more notes. CREATE a visual diagram, drawing, digital graphic or what ever inspiration comes your way to represent the 7 Major Chakras. UPLOAD ascreenshot or photo to our MEDIA album. Have fun with this! 1 hour, YTT2.
