Lesson Planning Elements: LINKED HERE. Pick any Type or Style of Yoga. We brainstormed a long list of these today. It's an infinite list! Now imagine you've been asked to teach this style of class....What elements are important? How would you START this class? What does the first 10 minutes of this class look like? Make notes and start to plan a 10 minute INTRO to whatever style/type of class you've chosen. This is a brainstorm, rough draft, intro, NOT a complete lesson plan. Be easy on yourself. Also consider Marketing/Business Questions, consider the audience and getting the word out. We'll be discussing these, with a little practice and starting to talk about the business stuff tmrw.
Create your own lineage chart/web/tree... the assignment is described and linked here: Module 2, Section 1 #4 ***watch the video attached to this assignment if you missed our lineage chat last week! SEND A PIC of this once it's completed
If you have not sent me a photo of your LAKITHA JAPA or tagged us on insta, please send that pic at the same time! Thanks to everyone who did share these already, they look so cool!

Make note of any questions that come up. Come up with an outline and begin to sequence out a full class plan. We'll keep working with these throughout the week and have a discussion/exercise based on this probably Thursday!
